In our division sale is totally depemds on secondary sales. Pimary targets are fixed on the basis of secondary achievement.

Cons

No growth, DA and TA is very less, in our division only things are dependant on ABMs. RBMs are here to pass orders from higher authority to down the line. Basically RBM job here is same as a courier boy.
