      Pros

      People working in this company are amazing. There is a sense of realness that it is hard to get anywhere else. Also the development opportunities are huge. The company is very big and constantly evolving; if you have a growth mindset and you are versatile and curious, this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      The company is big and its structure a little complex (and it is around for years) so some processes need some care/update...

      flexi time subsidised canteen (since removed) you will go places as long as you are related to a senior manage or marry into their family

      Incompetent HR Lack of training as trainers knowlege outdated no sense of tohetherness pure laziness of corporate business staff
