Arrogant Leadership, Poor Communication and Empty Promises.
Pros
A great PTO policy and good flexibility originally with work offering. But things started to become less flexible. Good insurance options/coverage. There are a couple good managers that I worked with Sylvia and Todd. The majority of recruiters are really great people and bring a positive energy to the office and team.
Cons
The leadership is inconsistent and made a lot of false promises. In multiple all hands meetings promised that there was a lot of growth opportunities and that individuals would never be out of a job unless poor performance. However, they chose one day to just fire a good portion on their longest tenured recruiters. They kept recent hires and made new hires who were friends or family. They are not a sustainable business. Their communication is inconsistent and their business approach is arrogant. They focus revenue on recruiters billing certain amounts of hours and ignored business development. They screwed over their sales leadership and sales team and things started to fall apart. They also pay people who start at they same time very different compensations and there commissions structure is not obtainable.
