Low intellectual and technological level in a toxic environment, unbelievable turnover, incompetent managers and sick founders, unnecessary pressure and stress, cronyism, unhappy employees ... basic tasks on basic tools and product similar to hundreds of simple tw applications. Basically, they try to build a cash machine which they present as "innovation".

Nothing is inconvenient if you believe in strong ownership. The team is ambitious and expectations are high. I know that the balance pro/perso can be difficult to manage for some people. iziwork requires to be well organised, be resilient and to be focus during work hours.
