Learning valuable skills such as: - Public speaking and mentoring - Team management - Industry knowledge - Sales tactics
Cons
- Pay is 100% commission (no base pay is offered) - Poor management; not collaborative & lack of communication - Manipulative and deceiving interview/onboarding process - Toxic company culture ("we're a family!") - 50 - 60 hour work weeks. NO work-life balance. - Employee turnover is HIGH. You are just a number.
