bad management and needs more work

100% the worst managed company ever worked for, not a clue between the majority of them, only thing they know is to bully to get their way and their sign out bonus, don't care what they do,say or who they step on to get the bonus, shop floor operatives carry the place while managers get £££ for it. No stability unless your face fits, constantly threatened with moves to poor jobs if you don't do overtime, if you off sick you are pretty much managed out asap, speak up and cards are marked, One rule for the office staff another for shop floor, office staff constantly showered with fresh new JCB clothing from the shop, whereas shop floor can't even get a clean hi Vis! Borderline slave labour unless you have friend in office.
