      Tough place to work but rewarding

      Pros

      - huge marketing budgets - lots of opportunity for creativity - lots of travel opportunity

      Cons

      - awful culture coming from top down, senior managers pressuring and speaking badly to people below to meet unrealistic deadline etc - no work life balance, leaving on top is looked down upon and unspoken expectations to do lots of overtime - calls and meeting put in out of hours - no understanding for young families or home life - no overtime for salaries employees but working weekends and very long hours expected - can’t retain people or recruit
