- huge marketing budgets - lots of opportunity for creativity - lots of travel opportunity

Cons

- awful culture coming from top down, senior managers pressuring and speaking badly to people below to meet unrealistic deadline etc - no work life balance, leaving on top is looked down upon and unspoken expectations to do lots of overtime - calls and meeting put in out of hours - no understanding for young families or home life - no overtime for salaries employees but working weekends and very long hours expected - can’t retain people or recruit

Pay Colleges Early finish on Friday

Cons

Bully culture. Overtime is expected regardless of your situation. Expect to be bullied into working every weekend. Management only promote their friends and family regardless of skill or experience leading to managers with no idea what’s going on. Lack of development opportunities. HR is non existent.
