      Pros

      Get paid in time. Close to railway.

      Cons

      Bad management, most part of work on the floor on your knees, expected overtime everyday - unpaid. They contract you under one company name, but communicate and pay under another name (JEL Direct / Double Second)

      There are none for this company that I know off

      Cons

      - Leaving on time is frowned upon, the boss likes everyone to do unpaid overtime everyday. The tasks during overtime are not urgent and are minor tasks. If you leave on time (the contacted hours) you will be judged, work life balance does not exist here. - If you are an assistant, you will mostly to picking orders and doing online returns everyday. This was not part of the job description. - Micromanagement is a big thing here.
