Pros
It's easy to get along with most people in the company. They are also trying a lot to standardize their process and develop their staff
Cons
There is not a lot of incentive for younger employees/new orofessionals. We don't get paid overtime, there isn't a defined career/professional development, and we don't make commissions. Only reason I'm still here is because there is stability and the people are nice, but I don't feel the need to go above and beyond because aside from feeling good, there's no other incentive.

- Relationship-focused; Con because need to have connection with company leaders to grow - Small company: Some growing pains and not a lot of access to resources
