The owner is a nut job, she has mood swings and is never around always traveling and yet complaints that she does not get a day off. The other workers there are over worked and when the kids are sick she wants us to work. Owner does not care about her employees or anyone one in it. All she cares is about the money and making more money. Most of the employees have left, and the ones that are left are thinking of leaving. Owner treats employees horribly and none of them are happy. A few years back there were many employees up to 20 in the company now there is only 7 left. Very understaff.

Some hours that can make for long days.
