      Flexible Working Ability to be in direct contact with CEO who is always available to speak to Great tech. / platform for clients In the Bullhorn marketplace Attending great events Good office location Great people and fun environment Diverse business Company is growing

      Lack of resources regarding projects Better internal communication required Improvement on internal processes required More marketing budget required in the EMEA regions

      Pros

      location of the office is good.

      Cons

      Old tech, Things are mostly disorganised. Staff are not respected. This is the type of environment where some managers think it is ok to get angry and yell and behave in a disrespectful manner. if you respect yourself you should not work for JXT.

      No respect for developers

      Pros

      Good product and it will be very good learning curve for the fresher.

      Cons

      No work life balance. No respect for the full time employees. No process and no proper road map for the next generation platform.

      Thank you for your feedback. We always welcome feedback as it helps us improve the company and culture. Some of your comments seem very polarised as we have many full-time employees and developers and I certainly can't see them all feeling that way. I wish you all the best with your next role.
