      Really supportive management team Genuine expertise in their field Feedback always encouraged and acted upon Flexibility of working hours Always looking for new ways to improve both for the clients and the employees

      Cons

      Can be hard to keep on top of constant changes - but they are all worth it in the end! Not working in an office environment can be challenging
