      Pros

      You meet a lot of people because they hire and fire every day. Workers don't work there many time because they fall.

      Cons

      All about this company is bad. The poor respect, lack of trust, interruptions while you are talking because your opinnion doesnt matters. They will promisse you a lot of benfits but they doesn't do anything. You can't improve your skills there, they will not pay you more, even they will fire you. They are not persons, they are childs with money that are playing a game with it. You are only a number, if you don't achieves the impossible goals, you will be fired. I dont' recommend this company for anyone. You will be part of a company that only sells smoke. Please, check in google all bad reviews of the service and other raitngs about this company.

      - Multi-cultural because of expansion to different local markets

      Cons

      - Poor management - Doesn't pay suppliers, franchisees and employees on time - Lots of complaints and threats of court cases from franchisees like Colombia, Mexico, etc - Some people have gotten fired even with good performance and without any reviews or warnings; they want blind loyalty and aduladores
