Pros

Windows throughout building, outstanding desks with option to stand/sit, some very nice co-workers, birthday parties monthly, option to take work home on occasion if necessary (which also translates to being available all hours as requested/required)

Cons

No direction, guidance or training. Passive aggressive management. Requires weekends (on top of other 40 hrs) on regular basis. Vacations revoked after approved. Trips overseas booked on hours notice, overly complicated coding with poor UI and no plans to re-write the mess that has been created.

Pros

This company does not tell the truth to the clients, but the Pro here is that they still get paid for doing terrible work.

Cons

I was a developer and upper management had no idea what was going on. I was happy to leave and now work for a "real" company with "real" goals.

Pros

The employees are extremely dedicated and really want to help their clients, and are a wonderful group of people. Very modern, open office layout. We have clients literally all over the world and have the opportunity to interact with many of them on a regular basis. There is opportunity for individual growth and advancement. We've been in business for over 30 years, and offer a fairly decent benefits package, but no matching on the 401. Revenue has been good in the last few years and we've recently opened an office in Birmingham, AL.

Cons

Jenkon has a very stressful work environment with many employees working long hours, and thus has a high employee turnover rate. The product could be top-notch, if we could just put some development into it. The company is constantly "putting out fires" and is not able to concentrate on building that better product core. Management at times provides conflicting priorities to the employees. Jenkon has a history of over-promising and under-delivering to it's clients.
