Reliable income. Some nice people. Annual mini bonus (very mini, but still a bonus).

Cons

Chaotic management. Corporate propaganda. Old fashioned and up tight office environment. Invisible 'Leaders'. Ridiculous performance review scheme. Business comes before employee welfare, ALWAYS. TOO MANY ACRONYMS. No department identies. Poor communication. Knee jerk changes. Blame culture. Certain senior managers will target staff and make their life hell. Anyone above 'Manager' acts like an Ostrich. Head in sand, the whole time. Lazy people who somehow have been at the place since the dawn of time.
