Pros

The people you meet in the aviation industry!

Cons

The rules change every week. CEO Micromanages your every move. Pay is terrible Morale is low because no one feels empowered The owners could care less about you Sketchy commission payouts None of the departments get along with each other. Night and weekend work via email and phone. Has trouble paying vendors. They fire people for no reason, probably because they can't afford to pay them. The office is depressing, no windows, you sit at a computer all day, answer phone leadless phone calls because none of the senior guys will answer the phone.

Pros

Pay is fairly decent. They have a large facility with plenty of places to explore.

Cons

What you have to understand about this company is that it is not an aviation company at heart. It's primarily a used car parts dealership that happens to sell aviation equipment. It's family run, and while they are nice enough; the nepotism is palpable. Everyone who's been at the company for a long period is probably just a family member or friend of the three siblings. Just know that going into it.

Unethical, unreasonable, unfair and uncaring.

Pros

You get paid. Not much, but better than being jobless.

Cons

The managers don't know how to run the company. The supervisors don't know what they're talking about. I've witnessed multiple OSHA, FAR, and airport operations violations in the times that I've worked there, and was told to ignore them. The whole company is unorganized, and focuses way too much on deadlines, rather than safe and legal operations. Stay far far away from this place.
