The work culture created is unnecessarily stressful and negative. There can be pressure without the need to create stress, but the management team (CEO, COO, CTO) somehow demoralizes and unnecessarily stresses the employees out all in the name of "helping the employee grow." Big egos run rampant, making things worse.
If something go wrong, there is a lot of yelling and finger pointing. Employees are terrified of ever making a mistake in fear that they will be screamed at publicly by one of the C-level members.
