Get offer w/o interviews in jiffle india

Pros

You can join as head of department without any technical skills. jump around in all employee meeting to show your presence in front of the camera and you become the star in eyes of your boss in usa. you can get a job offer for senior most roles in jiffle without any tech skill or interview. only requirement is to be a relative or friend of this the head of department. despite of getting rejected in interviews, you still get the offer with heavy salary. and next time, the interviewers who reject these relatives will be removed from interview panel and direct entry and offer. same person refer, same person interview, same person offer. no skills or knowledge required to be selected, only relation matters to get a job at jiffle at senior level - architect, manager, VP etc etc etc, even if it requires to fire some old employees to fit new relatives. top management in usa never bothers to check the real issues with crucial employees in india. only goes with word of one person who is in efficient and has zero technical knowledge and says lies. best creative talent hired hahahaha - when everyone else in the world is talking about latest ideas and new things in tech industry, in our company we keep project names after mangoes... hahaha. Like Seriously??

no cons.no company has this great opportunity to replace all star old employees with relatives and friends of one person who is technically unskilled and filling all other positions like same type of people

We wish to assure you that we have a rigorous employee selection process that involves multiple stakeholders and we take a decision only after we have a go-ahead from a majority of the panel of interviewers. A great company heading for a failure

Pros

Unique product Fortune 500 clients Culture on the floor (till recently) Wonderful People (till recently)

Cons

Perfect example of 1 wrong hire damaging the company. 1 new person at top level in India has caused every possible damage in the Engineering team. The new man has no knowledge. old thought process. Worked on stone age technologies which are obsolete now. Doesn’t understand what we do and our technologies. Frustrated employees, mainly the key players and senior most. Wants to get more people like him for crucial positions. Only I am right, others don’t know anything culture Attention seeker and busy pleasing boss. Gain attention from his bosses by calling small issues also crises all the time. Kanada is the new official language and chappals and sandles are the new trend he has started. Waste time in long unproductive meetings where employees only explains to him which he never gets.

Should you feel the need to review some of the issues, do reach out to HR. There are multiple redressal forums available to you. Pros

There are 1 or 2 people here who are pretty cool. They are probably fired by now too though,

Cons

Majority of the employees have super high confidence paired with super low skill. It doesn't fair well with learning actual industry skills. This place is in a time warp and doesn't have any leadership. It's like "playing house". Whoever showed up first claimed management positions and thinks they know everything and are just classless.
