      When it get busy, we work longer hours but its all taken in good sprit and non stress manner

      Manager are very supportive. Genuinely care about your growth, both professionally and personally.

      Travelling to workplace could be far previously but there is new MRT station nearby now.

      Huge portfolio for sales people to sell. Relaxing Environment for technical staff.

      Cons

      Losing customers at alarming rate. Do not have much support from R&D, even product management couldn't provide a product roadmap due to this. Employees are not motivated to work because not everyone comes to office all the time.
