Flexible company for work/life balance. good culture and multinational experience middle management are ok and supportive.
Cons
very poor benefits, senior management are not up to it especially in decision making. Salaries are loww Cash flow issues most of the time and lack of clear leadership vision and not to forget too much workload most of the time.
