Pros

There are very few pros about Jobscience: • Autonomy in the U.K. office as management are based in the States • Good office culture in London • Hands on experience using Salesforce, which can be transferred.

Cons

Where do I start? • Lack of real management - the CEO has had no real work experience prior to starting up Jobscience and it shows in how he runs his business. • The product is behind the curve and development are forever playing catch up. New features only get released when we onboard a large account who part/fully fund developments. • Management are based in the US which is great for autonomy, but a nuisance when you have to wait until late afternoon to consult with your manager. • Lack of investment in the U.K. - there are ~20 people in the overcrowded London office when the recommended capacity is half this. No-one has identified and researched the UK/EMEA competitors which makes it difficult for the sales team to compete. • Employees are not valued!!! An employee satisfaction survey was shared and nine people expressed their unhappiness at which point, the CEO said "if you don't like it here, leave." The staff benefits offered are basic and statutory.

Pros

As the company is still small but growing fast, you can really be noticed and make a difference. Everyone works together to get results and people are always willing to step out of their defined job roles to get something done rather than put barriers in your way. The product is advancing at an amazing rate and has the unbeatable Salesforce platform supporting it.

Cons

As a small company everyone is always very busy and sometimes you have to chase co-workers for responses or action items. Some areas could use more process, although this is being worked towards.

Pros

- Jobscience has a leadership team who cares very deeply about doing the right thing for employees, for the business and for the future growth of the product. - Growing company, yet still personal. (not unusual to see the CEO walking around the office starting up a conversation with everyone from directors to interns) - Unique culture, fun, great location and scaling super fast. -Truly is the market leading product. Will be interesting to see where Jobscience will be in 2 years.

Cons

The downsides are what every company faces in a fast-paced environment. If you believe in the product and the direction the company is going, you'll fit in just fine.
