Horrible middle and lower management, especially in the Enterprise Construction department. Manager behaves like an abused bully who only feels secure when finding any excuse to put some one else down. They take themselves way too seriously. Still using ancient technology and trying desperately to put lipstick on the proverbial PIG. Abusive insecure lower management with a boss who closes their eyes so they do not have to deal with the old garbage, tries to pretend they are progressive because they use some very limited SQL. Stay far away from this department or you too will be abused. Oh and if you dare get sick, you are likely a goner immediately. Horrible environment by far. I left and am so relieved now, feel so much better where I am appreciated etc...
