Pros
- Lots of learning since day 1 - Gradually you build expertise as a full stack with all the exposure till Devops - Salary Package/Hikes are adequate - No Politics - Fair Appraisal Process - Work hard and Party Harder Attitude
Cons
- Work life balance is what you will need to build over time so do not expect it to happen at day 1, though you will achieve it in few years given you give best of your starting years. If you lack in the start then you will keep struggling. - At higher levels (5 years +) you need to be in self learning mode always.
