      Pros

      I have some good friends, but not easy to think of anything great here. Nothing you could not find better at other places.

      Cons

      The politics are vicious, and leadership is ineffective or not existent. No path to grow. Feels like in decline and better days behind. Office is crowded and always under construction. Europe is not important to the company so not a priority.
