Fun company to work for & cool brands. They spend a lot of money on Marketing events, manager/client dinners and employee events. Keg & bar on site for drinks. Company party had open bar and a marijuana trailer for smoking in the parking lot. Marketing & Engineering spend plenty of time on the slopes while on salary.

Cons

Focus is on making money for investors vs overall company employee morale. Corporate employees are treated so much better than fulfillment/warehouse employees. No room for advancement with such a flat structure. Not very diverse company. White people in management or white collar jobs. Minorities are in the lower paid positions such as warehouse. Difficult to get time off in warehouse to enjoy the perks such as Snow Day.
