Pros

Good products, but the competition is much cheaper and catching up technology wise. This is a decent job if you get a good manager (rare).

Cons

Extreme micromanagement Video Role Plays via the camera on your computer. You actually talk to yourself. Quotas raised mid-year. Inept and incompetent management on all levels.

small operation that is highly profitable and allows employees that are willing to work very long and tiring shifts to make a very decent living.
