A very positive place to work, people aren't micro managed and there's a sense of comradery amongst the staff which I haven't experienced in other organisations. the business rewards and try's to retain its staff where possible.
Cons
It's not for everyone, I would say people need to be self driven and motivated in this environment but those who are will feel right at home.
