      Great experience, Lots of decent Managers

      Pros

      I thought most of the managers were realistic and fair. I had a supportive team for the most part. Opportunities to pick up shifts and make bonuses. You can work as much as you would like here. Great learning environment. I would go back there. Union was helpful too.

      Cons

      There was lots of good managers, but there were a few mean nurses and managers. The majority of staff was helpful and supportive. I had low pay there, but that was also because I had just got my license and started from the bottom pay tier that was set by the union. There was some high turnover on units with bad managers.

      Decency in corporate medicine

      Pros

      The clinical arm of leadership is excellent. While local level leadership is limited in making big decisions about many financial concerns, they try to maintain transparency which is really important to building trust.

      Cons

      Corporate medicine in a broken U.S. healthcare system. Not a Kadlec problem, but cannot be over stated how draining it is to practice medicine in this climate.
