      Pros

      Good package in trade off with your poor Psychological health.

      Cons

      Management don’t treat thai employees as human as they are. It could get worse if you are Thai female because they are racist, sexist and very dumb

      Pros

      Great local working teams with mix of Thai and international staff. Particularly the software development teams. Enjoyable to come in to office and work with them and get good work done.

      Cons

      Since the original owner sold to new international group owners, they have transformed the working culture for the worse. Constant re-structuring really just means sacking staff. Used to have award-winning culture but now it seems that the singular focus on profit generation overrides anything and everything else that the company stands for. This should not be a company vision - it should be the result of a vision that is executed successfully.

      It used to be a great team but they are gone.

      Cons

      Teams are great but HR is nightmare!! I remember when I asked about the document or info that I have right to know but they said they has no idea about it and I have to find out about the document which is their job to provide the employee information. It’s a bad experience in my life ever!!
