They also host regular social events like the end of financial year party, the Christmas party, and monthly catch ups that keep things fun and connected. Management is approachable, respectful, and understanding. You feel heard and valued, which is rare in a company of that size. KMT uses the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, so issues (IDS) are actually raised, discussed, and resolved. It builds trust and consistency.
