      BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED FOR!

      Pros

      The people use to be the heart of the company but an ego filled CEO makes the culture and product so toxic.

      Cons

      One word CEO! His ego and ignorance are as big as the moon. The people walk on eggshells daily to avoid his abusiveness tendencies. He does not care about anyone but himself. The leadership team is completely useless because they hear the constant complaints but don't do anything but stroke his ego. Oh and another thing over 30+ people have left within a year???! This is a huge red flag.

      A great place to work if you are ready to work hard

      Pros

      - you are going to be allowed to have input into a product and vision for a business leading the way in the freelancer economy - hard work is recognised and rewarded - great culture in both offices - company offsites to places like Lake Tahoe / London - easy access to leadership team and the ability to execute really quickly

      Cons

      - you're going to work harder than you've worked before (not a con, but a reality) - time difference between SF and London means early / late nights sometimes (but this is managed pretty well) - it's a start-up, so things like staff benefits are not the same as a corporate organisation
