Pros

Working with clients, Team Leaders were trying their best to help the support workers.

Cons

On call never answered, training basic and not appropriate for high risk clients. Management does not listen to workers on the ground. Multiple emails phone calls and management say they will change or fix your roster. Then rostering does not follow through.

Pros

Some of the team were nice. If I didn’t experience this place I may have not ended up at my current company which is the best thing that came from such an awful experience

Cons

Poor management. Low remuneration. Disorganised. No care for staff. Empty promises. Always falling short. Bullying. People had no clue what was going on. Toxic
