On call never answered, training basic and not appropriate for high risk clients. Management does not listen to workers on the ground. Multiple emails phone calls and management say they will change or fix your roster. Then rostering does not follow through.
Some of the team were nice. If I didn’t experience this place I may have not ended up at my current company which is the best thing that came from such an awful experience
