      Pros

      Small Company, if that is what you are looking for to work for. They will hire young and are willing to train.

      Cons

      Management staff is egotistical, self centered, sexiest, and has a weak understanding of the world of IT. They purposely play mind games to make you feel worthless, and that you are lucky to be able to work for them. They have been sued multiple times for various reasons.

      Pros

      The company is extremely fast paced and often times willing to take risks that other production companies wouldn't. In addition, the company is also looking into new concepts and ideas that break the mold.

      Cons

      There are long hours associated with most jobs in entertainment, and this is no exception. The other challenge is that the general strategy of the company changes a lot, and it's difficult to know what the direction is.
