      Pros

      I get to work remotely 100% in my capacity I get to travel around the UK to meet various customers and partners I get to teach in a technical level what we do as a company. I get to speak with workers of all levels from entry to C Sec level. My team in the UK is amazing - simply put. My manager is uber understanding and a great man to be around! I get commission - never had that before and it is a motivator!

      Cons

      None. I am not making this up - I have found not whilst being here just under 6 months. Everyone does what they can to make you welcome and feel you made the right choice for being here.

      Pros

      Great teams that are not frightened to push to achieve what might seem impossible. Not worried about trying and failing - just review, learn and go again. Customer experience is at the heart of what the company does and every employee has a valued role / part to play in the process. The one this about KEMP is they don't loose sight of what's important in life (and it's not KEMP) - it's family & friends. If you need time - you get it in spades

      Cons

      Can be hard work! Certainly not a place for people who don't like to work. The team all give 100% and you will be fully supported to achieve your best and give as much as you can. This really is the only downside
