Unless you're willing to kiss supervisor's behind, she will treat you with no empathy, yell at you for putting away a NOTEBOOK into your bag 3 minutes prior to closing, even though all your applications are still open, and regardless whether your father has just gone through a major, life threatening surgery.....their incentives to hit target goals, are rewarded as you get "1 day work from home" ummm how insensitive.. especially to people who put their lives out there at the very beginning of the pandemic, then finally left a toxic job to find one that wants you to come to the office, even though they have the utmost, fullest capabilities of their employees to work from home? Very ludicrous. People don't need to be rewarded with "work from home days" or "laser tag". They need proper pay & $$. especially when gas is over $4 a gallon.

Shady and cheap company. Doesn't fully pay you what you earn. Miscommunication is god awful, everyone in management is on a different page. Highly suggest staying away from this company. Turnover rate is very high. Most people use this company as a stepping stone to get into something bigger and better. To be a top earner in the company you have to be there for 9 years just to make $200k. Not even alot for the pharma industry
