      Keycafe: A Great Place To Work.

      Pros

      I have been to Keycafe for 2 years and I have found it to be a great place to work so far. It is perfect for those seeking a work-life balance and you get to be part of something special. As the company evolves, you will evolve with it and have fun supporting the product and services that is offered. You will also get to work with a friendly skilled and diverse group of people from all over the world. Compensation is fairly good and I highly recommend Keycafe if you are looking for something different.

      Thanks for your comments. Certainly Keycafe is for those looking for something different. It is a fast-paced environment that always has a new thing to learn every week it seems. Customer service is such a key role and we are so pleased with the entire teams efforts day in and day out. Without a doubt it is an incredibly challenging role, and makes a key difference in the success of our customers and the company. I am glad you feel comfortable sharing ideas across the organization and hope you continue to do so. We are all in this together!

      Great Company for Remote Working

      I was with Keycafe for 2.5 years. As a start up there is always something new happening or being introduced. It was great to watch the teams develop and change strategies. I started in a junior position and was promoted internally within the sales team. I clicked well with my manager and felt mentored throughout my time with the company. The remote set up really allowed my to work from anywhere. My time was extremely flexible and I was never micro-managed. The company also introduced some perks just before I left. Music streaming service allowance and a portion of your cellphone will be covered as well as some additional leave for reaching milestones in years worked with the company.

      Weird atmosphere in the office. Didn't feel completely comfortable being myself while working. When having conversations with coworkers while working, it was made clear that having that level of fun came off as unprofessional. To be clear this was laughing during a conversation while still maintaining work was completed. Felt as though upper management had a very particular preferences for the office, so most employees kept to themselves. There wasn't a lot of talking between people because that would be too loud. The ad made it sound like a really fun place to work, with a new office complete with a 'zen room'. In reality it felt cold and the spacious room created a large gap between employees. Wasn't the kind of fun, start up job the ad made it out to be.
