I have been working at Keyrus full-time

    Pros

Keyrus is a nice place to work. Everyone is willing to help. Lots of smart people to learn from. Start up feel with established roots. Flexible working available. Lots of autonomy. Cool socials - escape rooms, ice skating, canal boat cruise etc.

    Cons

Head office could be in a better location.

    I worked at Keyrus full-time

    Pros

Fun co-workers, good working hours, prestige clients. Used to be a fun and sociable company, possibility to move across countries.

    Cons

No engagement from management, if you are on client site it doesn't feel like you are working for the company. Most people move are 2-3 years.

    Advice to Management

Be more engaged and care about your consultants. Try harder to keep them in the company.

I have been working at Keyrus full-time

    Pros

Best pay and benefits among the similar companies locally; Keyrus treats you very well even when your client doesn’t

    Cons

Relatively unknown in the industry; A little bit disorganized sometimes; Smaller than the competitors, meaning the competitor companies (or XPE/Modus or Intys) will undercut the business and steal clients

I have been working at Keyrus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Keyrus offers newcomers lots of possibilities to grow in the specialization you prefer. As a junior consultant I got involved in interesting projects from the start. I got the chance to learn different software and techniques regarding data modelling, processing and visualisation. I was placed in a team with very skilled and professional people where I can learn from every day. Keyrus also cares about its employees... by organizing different knowledge sharing/fun events.

    Cons

Keyrus is a company where you can and need to take some initiative yourself. For me personally, this isn't a con but it could be one for someone else. You can get trained on topics you like and want when you take the initiative to do so. Personally, I received a lot of responsibilities from the start. Again, for me this wasn't a con but I can imagine this is not the case for everyone.

I have been working at Keyrus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I've been working on Keyrus for a short time, but I like it. They have a good work environment, are flexible with schedules and offer social benefits.

    Cons

The office is poorly communicated to go by public transport.

    Advice to Management

I think you should be more flexible with vacations and allow them to be taken in months other than July and August.
