      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn skills relevant to the business' clients. In my case BI skills, SQL and a little bit of Python. Friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Generic cons of working as a consultant. Little choice on what work you do. Once you're in placement you could be there doing one thing for a long time. Learning opportunities that don't benefit the business don't exist.

      1. Culture is among the best I have seen across organizations across geographies. 2. No dearth of opportunities to explore beyond your immediate responsibilities, provided you are ready to invest time and ready to go beyond what is expected. 3. Being a people friendly organization it is but natural for the management to listen to and retail talent.
