      The children were lovely and coworkers most of the time.

      Cons

      My contract was 42.5 hours a week but most weeks I would work 45-50 hours. If a shift ended at 6pm, any overtime done would not be paid for. Expected to come in early and not paid for overtime. Support from management was abysmal and behaviour from certain children was not acknowledged. Support for children with SEND not being provided.
