      Horrible atmosphere

      Pros

      Most of the other employees are really nice. A few years ago I would have listed more pros but there aren't many left now.

      Cons

      Company was bought out at the end of 2014 and has been declining since with staff numbers steadily dropping. They continually restructure in an attempt to cover the shortage of staff but it never seems to make a difference. In all honesty the management don't seem to have a clue how to fix it and the company moves from one disaster to the next while their customers complain constantly about the lack of service they are receiving. They are currently making staff redundant and the office generally has a horrible atmosphere.

      Pros

      Great staff Experienced staff who have been there for many years Due to great working relationships within teams, you can have great days

      Cons

      Recent redundancies, sales figures are declining. Sadly, management and directors are not qualified at managing teams, finances or the company. There are petty relationships and bickering, where certain directors/line managers pick on staff that they do not get on with. There is a blame culture in the company

      Good software but challenging times

      Pros

      Great staff on the whole, key people always willing to go the extra mile and really own work. Management are trying hard to restructure to make the business and environment more effective. Great products and staff with real business insight beyond just the software. Always opportunity to progress into new roles if you show potential

      Cons

      Since a takeover in 2015 staff numbers have dropped. This has led to people being stretched further than they already were in key areas. The management is making efforts to address this but there are currently gaps and recent redundancies have led to more gaps and uncertain times ahead.
