Company is not focused and not profitable. There is no clear path to move up in this company. Management plays favorites and there are people in roles they do not really qualify for. Too many people skate by and there is not a big incentive to work hard. Managers do not know how to prioritize critical items and they have employees waste time on unimportant details.

Expect to be micromanaged and given responsibilities that go beyond the assigned position and likely to affect employee performance reviews. Very high turnaround - during my time there I worked for 4 different CTOs and various IT managers.
