Pros

- Work/life balance - Decent basic salary - Colleagues becoming friends - Nice working environment

Cons

- Lack of communication between teams - Lack of transparency from management to staff - HR struggles to follow proper procedures - Can be quite cliquey - Pay-rises are rare and oftentimes not in line with annual inflation - Not enough team bonding events or outings throughout the year

Pros

Nice people, sustainability is applied and real, not just marketing. Socials are nice: cultural dish day every month, and each person cooks something, each team has a culture given at random, which was nice. Free breakfast one day every month.

Cons

Micro-management given financial difficulties, not adapted to neurodiverse people, a lot of control and pressure, not in a very bad way, it just had to be that way, given the targets management had to get to. I felt I was in school. Not room for much career growth.
