Pros

the freedom, you can prioritize the job you want to work first within deadline without anyone monitoring you lots of fun activities nice office environment with lots of equitments and stationaries

Cons

bad department bad boss and a crazy sales in my department, need me to use my own money for his courier - $30k, and always forget to approve the claim for a few months, and always pass work to me in the last minute, but request it to be done in a few hours whivh is mission impossible

Nice people, slow processes

Pros

Good people to work with. Great office. Benefits package is progressive for the industry. Fantastic training offered to anyone who wants it.

Cons

Slow to process change. Not very flexible with hours, depending on your team and length of service however you're not expected to stay late. Very corporate, no room for your own personality (unless of course you fit in with the norm). No real room for progression unless you are willing to wait years. You do feel like there is a big brother level of oversight.
