Cons

Middle management currently restructuring. Salary slightly lower than concurrents. Unclear career path which leads to a high turnover.

salary is like pocket money. Is I can see I would need to spend most of my life to earn money for the company in order to get the salary that I deserve when I started to work for them. In any case, they don't care about employee capabilities and aims, for them is only important to earn as much as they can.
