Feels more like a home than an office space. There's no micromanaging or micromanagement pattern. A good opportunity for growth as the hierarchy is mainly based on performance and have an open door policy.
Cons
There's very little to say here except that maybe the office space could be bigger, however we're looking forward to a new space soon.
