Interesting learning opportunities, horrible pay and terrible management
Pros
Interesting and good learning opportunities with some good clients. Also some very interesting senior advisors. Opportunities to move up, but often due to the high turnover rate. Many opportunities for low levels to manage themselves and their projects.
Cons
Horrible management and lack of internal communication. Very little pay to the amount of hours you are expected to work and you are asked to work more than your paid hours. Overtime is not compensated. Constructive breaches of contract and overly toxic work environment particularly from management. Very high employee turnover. Senior management is super disorganised and often leaves everything to the last minute. They really aren’t a top PR firm anymore and clients are being overcharged for very little work.
