Pros
Beautiful office space where everyone gets their own office. There is a bar, gym and rooftop terrace. Awesome benefits package with generous vacation leave. Small company feel the founder is still the head of the company. Employees are very friendly. The office is in a great location in downtown Bethesda. Casual Attire and atmosphere
Cons
Individual offices can be isolating. Rush hour in Bethesda is miserable. Bethesda is a very wealthy area so lunch can get very pricey. Its a later work day until 6. There are no real employee appreciation days like no summer bbq, or happy hours.
