      Was a great firm, now... it's Gartner

      Pros

      Fast growth, intellectual curiosity and a very smart group of coworkers

      Cons

      Low pay as compared to market rates, CEO that doesn't know the product, an acquiring company that's absolutely devoid of energy, leadership. I'm surprised Gartner is still alive, it's where average people go to survive.
