Pros
Steady paycheck. People you are working with attempt to work as a team even though there is little to no direction given.
Cons
Management has no daily communications skills. Lets talent walk out the door with no thought of the experience and skills they are losing or how this will affect those that choose to stay. Forced mandatory weekend work several times now in order to catch up on projects, but will only hire the minimum amount of people needed to get something done. No chance to move up and salary is almost stagnant.
